- Lead the UX/UI design team by providing guidance & direction on all 7 on-going projects
- Manage all UX/UI related tasks by prioritizing & delegating to ensure they are delivered on time
- Develop a UX/UI design process plan at the start of every new project
- Present designs to cross-functional partners across the organization, including executive leadership
- Design User Experience & User Interface solutions as part of the Digitize IMAX initiative on the Enterprise Solutions team
- Work closely with a team of developers & other designers to achieve the optimal product solution, using agile methodology
- Create personas, journey maps, design concepts, wireframes, & interactive prototypes
- Conduct usability testing sessions & gather user feedback every sprint
- Developed, & continue to implement, a style guide for our Enterprise Solutions digital apps
