My contribution to the designs & development of this application include: outlining the design artifacts that will be delivered given the timelines, providing strategic guidance & direction to UX/UI Designer, and leading regular stakeholder meeting discussions.
This application enables IMAX’s theater services team to be able to provide more accurate quotes & invoicing to our customers in a more timely manner, through a user friendly tool that automates most of their workflow.
Problem: an existing need to improve the AMS process, by streamlining manual steps & reducing money owed to IMAX for past shipments.
Solution: Streamline the current AMS process, automate the manual steps to save time, & provide a tool for managing orders for better communication to our customers.
